BC Advantage Funds Appoints Brad Bennett to its Board of Directors
Vancouver, July 26, 2006 - BC Advantage Funds (VCC) Ltd. announced today that Mr. Brad Bennett was appointed to its Board of Directors at the company's recent Annual General Meeting. Mr. Bennett is President of McIntosh Properties, a real estate investment and holding company based in Kelowna, B.C. He also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of the University of British Columbia, a Director of the Premier's Technology Council, Chair of the UBC Okanagan Regional Advisory Council, Co-Chair of the Okanagan Partnership - Cluster Competitiveness Strategy, Chairman of the Kelowna General Hospital Foundation and is the past
Chair of the Board of Governors of Okanagan University College.
